White prepainted aluminum coil (also known as white coated aluminum coil) is a premium composite material manufactured by surface pretreatment (degreasing, chrome-free conversion coating) of high-quality aluminum alloy substrates, followed by roller coating with high-performance paints (PVDF, PE) and high-temperature curing. It combines the lightweight, formability, and inherent corrosion resistance of aluminum with the excellent weatherability, decorative appeal, and color retention of the white coating, serving as an ideal alternative to traditional steel, wood, and plain aluminum in architectural, industrial, and decorative applications.
Excellent Weatherability: Adopts high-performance coatings (PVDF/PE/HDP/SMP), which have strong UV resistance, anti-fading and anti-chalking properties, ensuring long-term color retention even in harsh outdoor environments (coastal, industrial areas, extreme temperatures).
Superior Durability: The combination of high-quality aluminum substrate and professional curing process makes the coil corrosion-resistant, scratch-resistant and impact-resistant, with a service life of up to 20-30 years (depending on the coating type).
