1060 Color Coated Aluminum Coil
Our 1060 Color Coated Aluminum Coil is a staple in the industry, known for its balanced performance and cost-effectiveness. With an aluminum content of 99.6%, it is a workhorse of the 1xxx series . It offers excellent formability, high corrosion resistance, and good thermal and electrical conductivity . While its strength is moderate, it has better fatigue strength and hardness compared to 1050, making it more durable for certain applications .
The continuous roller coating process we employ not only gives the coil a beautiful, uniform finish but also adds a protective layer that extends its life. Our coating options include Polyester (PE) for excellent gloss and color, and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) for long-term performance in outdoor environments.
We supply 1060 coils in a thickness range of 0.25-1.0mm and widths from 10-1275mm, with a consistent 20-28 micron coating thickness from our 2-coating process. Our palette includes pure white, black, and custom colors matched to RAL standards. 1060 is a versatile alloy widely used for building exterior cladding, signage, lamp housings, kitchen fittings, and decorative trim.
