Our Color Coated Aluminum Coil is manufactured using high-quality aluminum coils as the base material, processed through a continuous roller coating line where high-performance paint is applied to the surface. This process not only imparts a vibrant and uniform color to the material but also significantly enhances its durability and functional properties.
We offer a wide selection of common aluminum alloy grades, including 1050, 1060, 3003, 3004, 3105, 5052, and 5754, ensuring excellent formability and suitable mechanical characteristics for diverse applications. Regarding coating types, we primarily utilize Polyester (PE) and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) . PE coatings provide good color and gloss, making them ideal for indoor decorative applications. In contrast, PVDF coatings are renowned for their superior weatherability, UV resistance, and long-term color retention, making them the perfect choice for exterior architectural projects.
Our products feature flexible specifications, with a thickness range of 0.25-1.0mm and a width range of 10-1275mm, capable of meeting precise project requirements. We adhere to a standard 2-coating process, ensuring the topcoat thickness is consistently maintained between 20-28 microns for reliable protection and an excellent decorative finish. In terms of color, we not only offer classic shades such as silver gray, bright silver, pure white, and black, but we can also customize colors according to customer-specific RAL color numbers to achieve accurate color matching.
