3105 Color Coated Aluminum Coil
Our 3105 Color Coated Aluminum Coil is specifically designed to offer a balance between the strength of the 3xxx series and the excellent surface quality required for decorative coatings. As an aluminum alloy with manganese and magnesium, it provides greater strength than both the 1xxx series and alloy 3003 . It boasts excellent corrosion resistance, good plasticity, and is renowned for its superior formability across all tempers, making it exceptionally versatile .
This alloy takes our high-quality coating process exceptionally well. The continuous roller coating line ensures a flawless, uniform surface ideal for both Polyester (PE) and the highly durable Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) finishes.
We provide 3105 coil in thicknesses ranging from 0.25-1.0mm and widths from 10-1275mm. The 2-coating process delivers a consistent topcoat of 20-28 microns. We offer a spectrum of colors, including silver gray and pure white, and can precisely match any RAL color specification. 3105 is the preferred base material for residential siding, mobile homes, rainware, bottle caps, and as a prime substrate for color coating applications
