Color coated aluminum coil, also known as prepainted aluminum coil, is manufactured by continuous roll-coating process: aluminum substrate is cleaned, chemically pretreated, coated with primer and topcoat then baked. We supply 1050,1060,3003,3004,5005 aluminum alloy coils with PE, HDP, PVDF coating systems.
Available in solid, metallic, wood grain, stone grain finishes, custom RAL/Pantone colors. The coated aluminum roll features uniform coating, strong paint adhesion, excellent weather & UV resistance. It can be bent, roll-formed and stamped without coating peeling. Widely used for building curtain wall, roof panel, ceiling, aluminum composite panel (ACP), signage, roller shutter and industrial decoration. Lightweight, fully recyclable, low maintenance for both indoor and outdoor projects.
